At
DCE we believe that customer satisfaction is most
important. We take pride in producing quality
products and stand behind every unit that rolls off
our assembly line. After sales service and support
is included with everything we sell. It's not an
extra option you need to purchase.
DCE was created from "hands on" experience. We saw
a need for good customer service. Deadlines missed
because of machinery breakdown, delays in getting
parts, and technical support not available were
common complaints from the people on the
construction sites. We noticed that the lift trucks
needed some features that would save time and make
operating one easier.
The mortar mixers being used needed to be built
tougher, more efficient and reliable to withstand
the harsh environment of the construction
sites.
That was over fifteen years ago. Since then, we
have been dedicated to servicing the construction
industry by providing high quality lift trucks,
mortar mixers, accessories. We also provide a
complete repair service ranging from complete
engine overhauls to simple tire repairs to all
makes of lift trucks and mortar mixers. Most
repairs can be done at job site or in our shop by
one of our experienced heavy equipment
mechanics.
